Fortunately, yesterday I was able to taste the full lineup of these extraordinary wines. The Cabernet Franc was one wine that stood out and said it could easily accompany an afternoon spring time barbecue or dinner party. The opening nose reminisces the spirit of summer time memory of strawberry and  blackberry roadside patches. Vanilla essence floats alongside a pleasant integration of oak. This particular wine has the perfect touch of tannins structure conveyed across the body of the wine. A subtle surprise of chocolate touches the mid palate finishing nicely with the wine. Enjoy this wonderful wine with tangy spare ribs!
